SPRINGFIELDS ADVENTURE LAND – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Once purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be cancelled.
  • Tickets can only be used on the Date and Time booked, after which they will become invalid.
  • Please be advised that a non-refundable booking fee of 50p applies per transaction.
  • Tickets will be held for approximately 15 minutes from your booked arrival time; after which admission will depend upon capacity upon your arrival.
  • We do not allow OUTSIDE Food, Drinks OR Coolers to be brought into Adventure Land OR Springy’s American Diner. We offer a Children’s Menu along with Vegan & Gluten Free Menus.
  • Wristbands will be supplied to children & adults and must be worn at all times. Without wristbands your visit may become invalid. Wristbands are non-transferable.
  • Certain activities have strict Health & Safety Regulations with regards to Age, Height and Footwear. Please ensure that you have read our website safety information thoroughly to avoid any disappointment.
  • Organisers & Carers are relied upon to consider the suitability of the venue and to provide adequate supervision for the persons in their care.
  • All purchases require a personal email address for use with our booking system. Without which tickets will not be sent/received, and your booking will become invalid. Tickets can be printed or displayed on your smart phone.
  • When a Family/Group Ticket is purchased ALL members of the group must enter at the same time.
  • Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, aged 18 or over. ID may be required for younger persons. Children must be supervised at all times whilst in Adventure Land.
  • All Opening Times and Prices are subject to change.
  • Discount Vouchers, Coupons & Offers cannot be combined with any other discounts. Discount vouchers must be presented before the completion of the sale as discounts CANNOT be given retrospectively.
  • Attractions may need to close without warning due to inclement weather, essential maintenance or for circumstances beyond our control.
  • Rainy Day Policy – Fun rarely stops at Adventure Land so please be prepared for all weathers; Winds in excess of 25mph, along with thunder & lightning may stop certain activities but only until the storm passes.
  • GDPR – Your credit card data along with your personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation and will not be stored following payment. Card Transactions are via a separate secure server with full encryption of all data.

Adventure Land reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:

  • Behaves in a manner which compromises the safety of other visitors or staff.

Adventure Land Competition & Discount Code Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions and discount codes conducted by Adventure Land. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all individuals aged 16 and over.
  • Employees of Adventure Land and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless stated otherwise.

3. Entry

  • Entry to our competitions are free.
  • Participants must enter by the requested method of entry.
  • Entries must be received before the end of competition entry expiration.

4. Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives can be offered.
  • Adventure Land reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice should there be a reason why the original prize is no longer available.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified within 1 week after the draw.
  • If a winner does not respond within 30 days of the notification, Adventure Land reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Publicity

  • By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided during the competition will be used in accordance with Adventure Land’s privacy policy.
  • Participants can request access to their personal data or ask for their data to be corrected or deleted by contacting Adventure Land with a data adjustment email.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Adventure Land accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
  • Adventure Land is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet.

9. General

  • Adventure Land reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Adventure Land’ control.
  • Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
