CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY PARTY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Minimum number of Children for a Party is 10 (There is no maximum number).
• ALL children attending the Party must be booked in the Party Package regardless of their age (excludes babes in arms).
• The Party Package includes a Party Host for a maximum of 3 hours that will assist with Food, Fun & Games!
• All invited guests can bring along 1 FREE adult, the Birthday Child can bring 2 FREE adults.
• Only people pre-booked into the Party Package can avail the use of the Party Room.
• We do not allow OUTSIDE Food, Drinks OR Coolers to be brought into Springy’s Diner/Adventure Land.
• Final numbers & menu choices for Children & Adults need to be submitted, in writing, to
  info@springfieldsadventureland.co.uk a minimum of 7 days before the date of the party.
• It is the responsibility of the Party Organiser to ensure that any special dietary requirements or food allergies are communicated via email.
• Party wristbands will be supplied to all children & adults and must be worn at all times. Without wristbands your visit may become invalid. Please note that wristbands are non-transferable.
• Please ask all of your Guests to arrive promptly so that the Party can start on time. Late comers (more than 15 minutes) may not gain entry after this time.

ACTIVITIES

• Trainers are required on the Skynet & Climbing Wall.
• Skynet – is not open to children under 3 years. Adults may be required to assist their children on the Skynet.
• Splash Park (open seasonally) is open to children aged 3-7 years approx. Don’t forget swimwear & towels.
• Please refer to our website for all age & height restrictions and dress codes.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable in advance to secure your party booking date & time.
• The balance of the party booking needs to be paid on the day of the party.
• If you need to postpone your birthday party for any reason, please let us know a minimum of 4 weeks in advance & we will do our best to rearrange another suitable date and time.
• Rainy Day Policy – the Fun rarely stops here at Adventure Land so please be prepared for all weathers; Winds in excess of 25mph, along with thunder & lightning will stop certain activities but only until the storm passes.

Can we bring our own birthday cake?

• You will need to provide candles as required. We are happy to supply plates and napkins. No other food or drinks are permitted in Adventure Land or Springy’s Diner.

What if someone wants to come at the last minute?

• Please let us know as soon as (minimum day before) we can then confirm availability.

Can we stay longer than 3 hours?

• We can only confirm on the day as it is dependent on availability.

Do parents need to go on the activities with the children?

• A degree of parental supervision is required at all times. Our Party Host will advise when they need extra help such as on the Skynet and Springy’s Railroad.

Is the Party Room decorated?

• Yes, your dedicated Party Room is fully decorated with bunting, bright tablecloths and birthday backdrops. You can however bring along a helium birthday balloon if you wish.

What happens if it rains?

• Adventure Land is predominantly an outdoor attraction, and we will continue to operate in the rain. There is an option to move to the covered terrace as the weather dictates. Thunder & lightning, or winds in excess of 25mph, will disrupt activities but we will continue with the fun after the storm passes. Please dress accordingly.

What happens if it is really hot?

• Adventure Land is predominantly an outdoor attraction and we will continue to operate in hot weather. Splash Park is the most vulnerable activity and play may be interrupted or halted if we reach 30 degrees plus. Please do brings hats & sunscreen.

What if someone doesn’t turn up on the day, do I have to still pay for them?

• Unfortunately, yes as our birthday party preparations will have already begun.

What do we wear?

• Adventure Land is a day filled with play for younger children. Please dress accordingly and be prepared for all weathers, in order to gain the most enjoyment from your party. For example: Trainers are a must for the Skynet and Climbing Wall as are leggings, hats and sunscreen.
