WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Warm clothing and footwear should be worn at all times when on site. Please note that this is an outdoor venue
and adults must ensure children are adequately dressed.
CAN I SHOW MY BOOKING ON MY PHONE?
Yes you can! We scan every booking on arrival, and so this can be by phone or on printed paper.
Please ensure this is on a clear screen (broken screens do not always scan, so we shall input the number to
validate your entry)
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS?
Yes, there are additional activities available – Santa’s Grotto, Framed Family Grotto Photo, Paint a Christmas Pot, Build a Christmas Bear, Skating Rink, Snow Globe, Springys Rock Climbing Wall.
Pre book to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.

If it rains during your visit, you will see it ‘bubble’ as it begins it’s natural process.
